This program aims to take you on a journey to get fit and with energy through winter while you get to know your limitations,and learning how to move with awareness throught movement

Fourteen sessions of a designed program combining Yoga, Workout exercise and Feldenkrais classes.

This program is for you if you are looking for ways to move better and getting fit at the same time!

30 minutes per day of Workout exercise.

15 minutes of  Running

3 yoga sessions.
